“Vision First is an organization that recovers, processes, stores, and distributes donated corneal and ocular tissue for transplant.  We serve patients in need of a corneal transplant locally, nationally, and internationally.  We also serve surgeons who perform the transplants, as well as researchers who work to develop new treatments.  

Our mission is to improve the quality of life through eye & tissue transplantation, medical research and education while maintaining the dignity of donors and their families.

We reached out to Spotlight Strategies in need of scrubs for our staff and a webstore for staff to purchase scrubs and other branded merch at their convenience. Our Chief Operating Officer knew one of Spotlight’s owners, Erin Smith, and so a relationship began.

We particularly appreciate the staff at Spotlight are always highly responsive and supportive, offering valuable suggestions. 

We have purchased many items such as: scrubs, wind chimes for our Circle of Life Donor Memorial Ceremony, Stationary, Invitations, flashlights, and branded wear for staff.

A very important reason we require branded scrubs is to provide employees with recognitions when they travel to hospitals and surgical facilities. The wind chimes are a small keepsake for donor families to honor their loved one.
