Erin Smith, an accomplished health care administrator turned business owner, brings rare behavioral expertise to the world of small business. Susan McCarty, a serial entrepreneur since the mid ‘80s, has diverse multi-business management experience. Combining their firms in 2011, they now lead a top printing firm in the Greater Indianapolis area. Their strategic partnership in Spotlight Strategies utilizes their unique talents and strengths to service other businesses through, print, apparel, promotional items and signs.
